Job Title : UX Designer

Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer to craft user-centric experiences for innovative digital healthcare products and solutions. The role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, accessible, and impactful interfaces. You will explore emerging technologies like AI, wearables, and VR to deliver cutting-edge solutions across B2B, B2C, and B2E applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct user research and derive insights to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts (Web, WPF, WinUI).
Perform usability testing and ensure accessibility standards.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for cohesive experiences.
Present design ideas using personas, journey maps, and storyboards.

Skills & Knowledge :

Strong understanding of usability, UX principles, and user-centered design.

Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma, Axure, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

Experience with data visualization, BI dashboards, and Windows platform design (WPF / WinUI).

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.

Experience & Qualifications :

Proven experience in UX design for enterprise digital products (B2B preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects, including research and design artifacts.

B.Des / M.Des from reputed design schools (IITs, NID, Srishti, MIT, Symbiosis) or equivalent.

Certifications like CUA / CXA are a plus.
