About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to design, build, and configure applications while leading a team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for application development, ensuring projects align with business objectives. This role requires technical expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications aligned with business requirements.
• Act as an SME for SAP BTP Integration Suite and guide the team on best practices.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Take ownership of team decisions and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Facilitate training and mentoring to enhance team members technical skills.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and effective use of project management tools.
