About the Role

We are seeking committed and skilled Trainers cum Coordinators with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching to lead classroom instruction and coordinate educational projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of both training delivery and project coordination , ensuring impactful learning and smooth execution of initiatives under DBM India's education programs, particularly Project Udaan .

Key Responsibilities

Training & Instruction (Primary Focus)

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions in one or more core subjects : Maths, Science, English, Commerce, or Biology.
• Design, develop, and update course content and lesson plans based on project needs and student profiles.
• Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methodologies tailored to youth and adolescent learners.
• Ensure consistent attendance and active participation of students in sessions.
• Track learning outcomes and student progress using assessments, assignments, and feedback tools.
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Conduct remedial and enrichment sessions as required.
• Support students with exam preparation and skill development.
