Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering to join our Production Department . As a fresher, you will gain practical experience and contribute to our production processes, ensuring efficient manufacturing of steel furniture products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in production planning and execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets.
• Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all production activities.
• Identify potential issues in the production line and propose solutions.
• Participate in training sessions to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing techniques and tools.
