Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete HR Operations lifecycle, including employee onboarding, background verification, internal transfers, HRMS administration, and employee exit processes.
• Administer and enhance HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data, seamless system integration, and smooth coordination with payroll functions.
• Create, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving process automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Define, track, and analyze key HR Operations metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), service quality, transaction costs, and overall process effectiveness.
• Ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality HR support and services across all business functions.
• Coordinate with external HR service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support organizational structure initiatives, including role alignment, reporting hierarchy updates, and workforce restructuring activities.
• Prepare and deliver employee communications, HR announcements, and change management updates to ensure effective organizational communication.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring their uniform implementation across the organization.
• Monitor workforce analytics, including headcount, attrition, recruitment trends, and other HR metrics, providing meaningful insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and update HRMS records, generate periodic HR reports, monitor employee attrition, and analyze workforce data to support business planning.
