Manager Block Head (API)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end API production operations
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet quality cost and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with cGMP EHS FDA/WHO guidelines
• Manage mentor and develop production teams and shift personnel
• Drive process optimization yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Coordinate with QA QC Engineering and Supply Chain teams
• Handle audits deviations CAPA change controls and documentation
• Ensure safety regulatory compliance and operational excellence
