INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)
- Program and cadence management
- Own and run regular cadences for key projects (strategic and customer-led): weekly stand-ups, steering, milestones reviews and retrospectives.
- Maintain consolidated program trackers, RACI charts and roadmap views; ensure updates are accurate and timely.
- Escalate issues and decision points with recommended options and impact analysis.
- MVP and commercial alignment
- Monitor and manage Solution department MVPs in close collaboration with the commercial team: scope, timelines, acceptance criteria and go-to-market readiness.
- Ensure functional and commercial commitments are aligned and documented.
- Process design and governance
- Design, document and socialize new processes within the fleet division (project intake, prioritization, change control, release coordination).
- Ensure teams understand expectations, deliverables and governance.
- People and delivery support
- Coach and guide teams on process adherence, delivery expectations and meeting best practices.
- Where needed, supervise and follow up on assigned deliverables to ensure commitments are met.
- Continuous improvement
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements (KPIs, tooling, templates).
- Drive post-mortems and lessons-learned for major projects.
WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
- 5+ years in program/project management, product operations, or operations within a technology or fleet/logistics environment.
- Proven experience running multiple concurrent project cadences, managing cross-functional teams, and working with commercial stakeholders.
- Strong track record of translating strategy into executable plans and reliably reporting status to senior leadership.
- Proficiency with project tools and with Excel/PowerPoint.
Preferred
- Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or hardware-software integrated products.
- Certifications: VBS, Scrum Master.
- Experience with road mapping tools and product delivery of MVPs.
