🔍 We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management, or related functions.
• B.Sc. / B.Pharm required; MBA preferred.
• Strong exposure to Government Business, Institutional Sales, Tender Business, or Public Health Programs is essential.
• Experience in managing Government accounts, stakeholder engagement, and business development within public healthcare institutions is preferred.

📌 Role Highlights

The Payor Business Manager (PBM) will be responsible for driving business growth across Government and Institutional accounts for Pfizer's Vaccines portfolio. The role involves:

• Building and managing relationships with key Government stakeholders and institutions.
• Driving advocacy and formulary inclusion initiatives.
• Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities in the Government healthcare sector.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Account Management teams to deliver account-specific strategies and business objectives.
