Operations Manager Intern CEOs Office
Remote Full-time Internship Reports to CEO / CXO Team

Help turn CXO vision into measurable execution while learning how every part of a technology business operates and how AI can transform it.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to convert ideas into structured execution plans coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on role with exposure across project delivery marketing sales HR hiring operations and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CXO priorities into clear plans owners timelines KPIs and deliverables.
  
• Coordinate execution across teams remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Provide concise progress updates identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Use AI for research benchmarking planning reporting process improvement and automation.
  
• Track project health quality costs timelines and client satisfaction.
  
• Improve hiring onboarding and HR processes using measurable KPIs.
  
• Support marketing proposals sales operations contracting and commercial activities.
  
• Build dashboards SOPs trackers and management reports to improve operational visibility.
  
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical process improvements.
  
• Take ownership of initiatives that require leadership rather than simply coordination.
  

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a reputed business school.
  
• Highly intelligent ambitious and execution-oriented.
  
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  
• Comfortable working across multiple business functions simultaneously.
  
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini or similar for research analysis and productivity.
  
• Comfortable working with data dashboards and business metrics.
  
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  
• Willing to both coordinate teams and personally execute work when required.
