Key Responsibilities

• Content & Integration Strategy
• Build River's brand integration roadmap across creators, films, digital content, culture, and communities
• Identify content formats where River can naturally appear (web series, short films, music videos, vlogs, podcasts, live streams, etc.)
• Develop a consistent messaging framework so every integration reinforces brand pillars
• Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
• Evaluate and onboard creators across lifestyle, regional, micro/macro segments
• Own creator selection, negotiation, briefing, content quality control, and performance review
• Build long-term creator squads in key markets to drive hyperlocal content
• Execution & Measurement
• Draft clear briefs and ensure creators understand brand guidelines
• Review content before publishing; ensure no misrepresentation of product or brand
• Track output, ROI, reach, and sentiment; present monthly performance insights

Ideal Candidate

• 4 - 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, branded content, or entertainment partnerships
• Strong understanding of digital content trends and regional creator ecosystems
• Ability to evaluate creators, scripts, and storylines for brand fit
• Good negotiation skills and experience managing large volumes of creators
• Comfort working with production teams, agencies, and fast-paced marketing environments
• Sharp eye for content quality, storytelling, and messaging integrity
