Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales over the phone. They should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and driven to meet targets.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
• Convert leads into sales through effective telephonic conversations.
• Gain a deep understanding of the company’s services and identify customer needs where the company’s solutions can fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends to better position services to customers.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers by using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and following up.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations while maintaining high standards of customer support and communication.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and queries.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
• Stick to the sales script and strategy while adapting to conversations when necessary to optimize sales outcomes.
• Keep customers informed about new product launches and updates.
What we’re looking for:
• 1-2 years of experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong active listening and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferable knowledge in Insurance and real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
