About the Role

Are you passionate about transforming students into industry-ready professionals Do you have extensive experience in Soft Skills, Aptitude Training, Leadership, and Team Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Soft Skills & Aptitude training programs across the university.
  • Design and develop training content, assessments, and learning resources.
  • Drive student employability through strategic learning initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop trainers while ensuring quality delivery of training programs.
  • Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and stakeholders to achieve training excellence.

Qualifications

  • MBA (Preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Soft Skills/Aptitude Training with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in team management, operations, communication, content development, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
