You mentored junior accountants through complex issues and watched them improve on recurring tasks. You reversed positions when presented with stronger evidence and publicly credited the insight. You caught errors before they entered the audit file and helped teammates build preventive checklists. You refuse to sign off on closes until all large variances have documented explanations.
