HR Operations Manager

Infinitytest, a leading software development company based in Chennai, India, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our HR processes and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

- Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive HR initiatives.

- Coordinate training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

- Proven work experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

- Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.

- Experience working in the software development industry.
