JobTitle: Inside Sales Representative

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Gurugram, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:

  • Identifying opportunities and sending the commercial proposal to the customers for new orders.
  • Following up with the existing customers for renewal orders.
  • Having price negotiations with the customers and distributors.

Follow-up with Purchase Team:

  • Forward the purchase order, pricing, and OPS to the respective purchase team.
  • Monitor the purchase team to follow up with the distributors for delivery.
  • Following up with the purchase team for billing of invoices to customers.
  • Coordinating with the support team for installation.
  • After installation, follow up with the customers for payment.

Product Training:

  • Attending product training at regular intervals.
  • Learning new products and technologies.
  • Completing monthly one-product certification, which is mandatory.

Meetings & Reporting to management:

  • Maintaining customers' daily call reports.
  • Submission of weekly reports to the management.
  • Attending daily meetings with the sales manager and once every two weeks with the Director – Sales.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Helping the team when they are in fieldwork for any case locks and other general commercial follow-ups.
  • Have to achieve the targets every quarter and in a year.
  • Any other work as required by management from time to time.
