• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
• Follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and daily reports. etc

JD Bench Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants to implementation partners and vendors.
• Submit consultant profiles to suitable client requirements.
• Follow up on profile submissions and interview schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the placement process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Negotiate rates and support successful consultant placements.
• Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
