Senior Python Developer - Django/Flask

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with 810 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python development, software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build reliable and scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

- Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Build enterprise-grade solutions using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Design software architecture following industry best practices and design patterns.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following coding standards and best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Drive continuous improvement through Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

- Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, and Microservices.

- Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services.

- Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

- Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application development.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :
