Minimum Graduation mandatory CPC/CRC/CIC/CCS certification Open to work from Coimbatore - Manage a Headcount of 500-600 resources based out of multiple locations - Manage P&L and efficiency goals for the above span - Manage and meet the defined SLA (Exceed the service levels agreements benchmarks - Productivity, Quality, Turn Around Time) - Manage process knowledge through PKTs. - Performance Management. Optimum staff availability and utilization - Talent Engagement & Development.
