Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role located in Anand, Gujarat , India. The Spa Therapist will provide a variety of professional treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and basic beauty services in accordance with company protocols and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include greeting clients, conducting consultations to identify needs and preferences, recommending suitable treatments and products, and maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves preparing treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and safety, managing appointment schedules, and collaborating with the team to create a calm and welcoming environment. The Spa Therapist is expected to uphold high levels of customer service, promote spa offerings, and support daily operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform a range of spa therapies, including massage, facial, and body treatments, following professional techniques and safety standards.
• Strong client-service orientation, with skills in active listening, consultation, and clear communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Knowledge of skincare, wellness, and cosmetic products, with the ability to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care regimens.
• Attention to hygiene and sanitation, with consistent practice of cleanliness, organization, and safe handling of tools and products.
• Capability to work on-site in Anand in a full-time schedule, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, massage therapy, cosmetology, or a related field; prior experience in a spa or wellness center is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic appointment management, record keeping, and coordination with reception or front-desk teams.
• Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to company procedures, and participate in ongoing professional development.
