Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market in Kolkata. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Present and explain various insurance products and services to prospective customers. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and forecasts.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales preferably within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of various insurance products and policies. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes. Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one. Residing in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
