Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Transformation professional with a strong blend of finance process expertise and technology enablement experience. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge across at least two or more Finance process areas such as:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Preferred

The candidate should have exposure to ERP, EPM, reporting, analytics, automation, and finance transformation initiatives. Preference will be given to candidates with strong experience in FP&A, Management Reporting, Finance Analytics, and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation & Process Excellence

• Lead and support Finance Transformation engagements across P2P, R2R, OTC, and FP&A domains.
• Conduct current-state assessments, process diagnostics, maturity assessments, and benchmarking studies.
• Design future-state Finance Operating Models, Shared Services/GBS models, governance structures, SLAs, and KPI frameworks.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities across finance processes.
• Support business case development, value realization planning, and transformation roadmaps.

Technology Enablement

• Support ERP, EPM, Reporting, Analytics, and Finance Automation implementations.
• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend digital finance tools and platforms.

FP&A, Reporting & Analytics

• Design and implement management reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
• Develop KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and finance analytics solutions.
• Drive insights-led decision-making through modern reporting and visualization tools.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and Finance Shared Services teams.
• Develop executive-level presentations, assessments, transformation roadmaps, and recommendations.
• Participate in business development, proposal creation, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Support internal capability building and knowledge management initiatives.

Professional Experience

Consultant

• 2–4 years of relevant experience

Senior Consultant

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

Candidates should possess experience in one or more of the following areas:
