Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and resolve software and system-related issues. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SQL and Python strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via email phone and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot software application and database-related issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data issues.
• Use Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and analyze logs or data.
• Monitor application performance and identify root causes of incidents.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document issues solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist with software deployments upgrades and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server or Oracle).
• Basic to intermediate Python programming.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of databases and application support.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of REST APIs HTTP and networking fundamentals (DNS TCP/IP) is a plus.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira ServiceNow or Zendesk.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
