r.You will be a core contributor to pre‑deal operational diligence, integration planning, and legal-entity optimization (LEO). - to:Support operational diligence and data analytics (pre‑close) by gathering, validating, and analyzing data on legal‑entity ownership and intercompany relationships, vendor and procurement arrangements, bank accounts and treasury structures, and financial information used for valuations and risk assessme
- nts.Build decision‑ready datasets by identifying data gaps and inconsistencies, cleaning and structuring data, and preparing summaries and visualizations to enable timely decision‑making by the Integration Le
- ads.Execute legal entity optimization workstreams by supporting legal‑entity mapping and documentation, intercompany simplification, and entity rationalization activities (mergers and liquidatio
- ns).Manage smaller-scale LEO projects end‑to‑end by planning and tracking execution steps, coordinating activities with Tax, Legal, Controllership, and other stakeholders, and ensuring workstreams comply with governance and control requireme
- nts.Collaborate across teams by working closely with Integration Leads, Integration Managers, LEO teams, and other finance and functional SMEs to align on priorities, escalate issues, and deliver integrated outp
- uts.Communicate findings by preparing concise, executive‑ready materials and presenting analysis to stakeholders; translate technical data into actionable recommendati
ons.
What you need to
- have7–8 years in finance, accounting, M&A, consulting, or related roles with demonstrable experience in data analysis and transaction sup
- port.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field prefe
- rred.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with data tools (Power Query, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R) is a
- plus.Working knowledge of legal‑entity structures, intercompany accounting, and integration considerations prefe
- rred.Strong project management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadl
- ines.Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakehol
