• Job Location: Mohali (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain relationships with international clients

● Identify and target new international markets and business opportunities

● Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets

● Handle client communication and provide excellent customer service

● Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support

● Analyze market trends and competitor activities

● Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and sales software

Required Qualifications:

● Experience in International Sales and International Trade

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Excellent customer service abilities

● Understanding of international business practices and regulations

● Ability to build long-term client relationships

● Fluency in English is mandatory

● Additional language skills will be an added advantage

● Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field preferred

● Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
