2) Business Growth & Pitches: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling) and lead high-stakes pitch presentations to win new clients.
3) Project Oversight: Ensure the "flawless execution" of live events, brand promotions, and exhibitions by coordinating with creative, production, and logistics teams.
4) Financial Accountability: Oversee project budgets, track account profitability, and ensure all financial targets are met. Negotiate complex contracts and fees with client procurement departments.
5) Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of account managers and executives, overseeing their professional development and performance.
