We are looking for a dynamic Gulf Recruiter with 15 years of experience in GCC recruitment. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interview coordination documentation and candidate management across industries such as Construction Oil & Gas MEP Manufacturing Hospitality Healthcare Logistics and Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
  
• Coordinate interviews and client interactions.
  
• Manage candidate documentation and profile submissions.
  
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
  
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• 15 years of Gulf recruitment experience (consultancy preferred).
  
• Experience hiring for UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar Kuwait Oman or Bahrain.
  
• Strong communication sourcing and coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
