Role Overview

TRUGlobal Software is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Delivery Head to spearhead our strategic enterprise accounts, drive delivery excellence, and catalyze business expansion across key client portfolios in the United States. This executive position demands a high-caliber professional possessing an expert blend of technical leadership, corporate client relationship management, and comprehensive profit and loss (P&L) accountability.

As a core pillar of our delivery organization, you will manage complex engineering ecosystems, lead high performing global delivery teams, and work hand-in-hand with CXO-level stakeholders to realize their strategic digital transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Excellence & Team Governance

• Provide end-to-end management and strategic governance for enterprise-level applications and complex

custom software development programs (utilizing Java, .NET, and modern Digital Engineering stacks).

• Define, deploy, and monitor robust delivery frameworks that assure predictable milestones, comprehensive

risk mitigation, and top-tier execution standards.

• Directly hire, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 high-performing Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs),

establishing professional development pathways and accountability benchmarks.

Account Strategy & Portfolio Growth

• Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with CXO-level corporate stakeholders,

including CIOs, CTOs, and Business Heads.

• Own and elevate customer satisfaction metrics, driving proactive initiatives to optimize Customer

Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Partner closely with internal Sales and Pre-Sales business units to shape strategic deals, synthesize

custom solution architectures, and execute farming strategies to expand our footprint in existing accounts.

Financial Management

• Maintain complete P&L responsibility for a strategic portfolio of US-based accounts valued at $5M+.

• Drive sustainable revenue growth, implement target gross margins, optimize resource allocations, and

enforce stringent operational cost-efficiency practices.

Key Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven background in established IT Services or technology consulting

organizations, with direct prior experience functioning as a Delivery Head or Delivery Director.

• Technical Domain Expertise: Solid engineering foundation in Custom Application Development

frameworks, Enterprise Applications, and modern Digital Transformation environments.

• Portfolio Management: Demonstrated success in managing, retaining, and expanding large-scale US

clients with active financial oversight of portfolios exceeding $5M in revenue.

• Leadership Footprint: Prior experience hiring, scaling, and managing global matrices, with specific

experience directing 5–6 Technical Delivery Managers.

• Vertical Knowledge: Deep operational familiarity and contextual domain exposure within the Retail,

Semiconductor, or Hi-Tech business sectors.

• Mobility: Perfect readiness and flexibility to travel frequently to the United States to align with clients,

conduct strategic reviews, and anchor expansion opportunities.

• Polished executive presence with impeccable communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural stakeholder

management skills.

• Advanced expertise leading agile frameworks at scale, including practical experience with Agile and SAFe

delivery methodologies.

• Strong capability to translate abstract business goals into structured, high-performing technical delivery plans.
