Our consultants architect future-ready, cloud-integrated SAP landscapes that scale with Industry 4.0 demands. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP NextGen Manufacturing implementation projects—including Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Manufacturing Execution (ME) modules.
• Translate client business processes into optimized SAP S/4HANA configurations aligned with Industry 4.0 standards and lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data) to design integrated shopfloor-to-top-floor data flows using SAP Fiori, IoT, and MES integrations.
• Conduct gap analysis, blueprinting, and UAT support for SAP PP/PM/QM modules; ensure compliance with global manufacturing best practices (e.g., ISA-95, OEE tracking).
• Develop and deliver training materials and change management strategies to enable client adoption of new SAP manufacturing workflows.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives with clients across discrete and process manufacturing sectors.
