posture and movement assessment technology, expert physiotherapists, offline recovery centres, advanced therapies

and support products to help people recover from chronic pain and move better.

Role Description We are looking for a Growth Lead who can help FlexifyMe move from performance-marketing-led growth to a stronger

multi-channel growth engine. The role needs someone who understands paid acquisition deeply, but can also build

referral, organic, local centre, partnership and CRM-led growth channels.

This is not a pure brand or social media role. We need a hands-on growth builder who can own numbers, run

experiments, improve funnels and find new ways to generate quality leads.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, demand generation or consumer acquisition.

• Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, tracking and funnel optimisation.

• Has managed paid acquisition budgets and understands CAC, CPL, ROAS and lead quality.

• Has built or scaled at least 1–2 non-paid channels such as referral, SEO, partnerships, community, CRM or local

growth.• Comfortable working with team members, designers, content teams, sales and centre teams.

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, diagnostics, D2C, edtech, local services or multi-location businesses is

preferred.

What We Do Not Want

• A pure social media manager.

• A pure brand marketer who only creates campaigns and decks.

• A media buyer who only knows ads and cannot think beyond performance marketing.

• Someone who cannot work hands-on with dashboards, experiments and execution.
