QMS Asst Manager for Methods, Goods, and Tools Job Description Experience/: 7 to 9 yrs Salary/: Based on interview Performance Focus Skills/: Advanced QMS Framework Literacy/: Comprehensive, useful knowledge of ISO, IATF, and automotive fundamental tools. Plastics Manufacturing Process Context/: Excellent knowledge of shrinkage parameters, tooling validation techniques, injection moulding terminology, and the relationship between physical flaws and process control records. Strict Root/-Cause Verification & CAPA Tracking/: Skilled ability to differentiate genuine systemic root causes from superficial symptoms, encouraging engineering teams to take responsibility for long/-term action items. Audit Navigation & Professional Presentation/: Excellent confidence in navigating intricate audit schedules, responding to difficult auditor enquiries, and effectively conveying compliance data to business executives.
