Livspace is Hiring: Event Planner

They are looking for a creative and organized Event Planner with 3–4 years of experience to join their team. The person will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion — managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site logistics to ensure every event runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Plan and execute corporate, social, or promotional events end-to-end

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations

- Develop and track event budgets and timelines

- Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and décor

- Handle on-site event execution and troubleshoot issues in real time

- Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to understand event goals and deliver on vision

What they're Looking For:

- 3–4 years of hands-on event planning experience

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities

- Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure

- A creative eye for detail and design

- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as events require

Bonus Points:

Experience with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)

Background in a specific niche (corporate, weddings, conferences, etc.)
