Sales Team Lead

Job Description:

PolicyBazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales
• At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agents
• B2C sales experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations
• Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management
• Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Graduation is mandatory
