Kenny's Group - Senior Manager - Budget & Accounts

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategic Senior Manager Budget & Accounts to oversee our financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and accounting operations. In this role, you will lead the annual budgeting cycle, monitor financial performance against targets, ensure full compliance with accounting standards, and provide actionable strategic insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. CPA, CMA, or CA qualification is strongly preferred.

- Experience: 15+ years of progressive financial accounting and FP&A experience, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial or lead role.

- ERP Mastery: Deep hands-on proficiency with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Tally, NetSuite, Office 365, or Workday).
