Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects within the aviation sector. The role requires strong leadership in managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards across complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Construction oversight: Lead site execution, supervise contractors, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Schedule management: Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing delays.
• Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate construction-related risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in aviation or transport-related projects is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
