Educational Qualification:

• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control
• Extensive experience in urban infrastructure projects, specifically in:
• Water Supply Systems
• Sewerage Systems
• Storm Water Drainage Systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise for planning, construction supervision, and quality control of water supply, sewerage, and storm water drainage works
• Review and ensure compliance of designs, drawings, and technical specifications with applicable standards and contract requirements
• Supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works
• Monitor and implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures for relevant infrastructure components
• Review contractor's method statements, work programs, and quality plans related to water supply, sewerage, and storm water systems
• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification of materials and workmanship
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges during construction
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective project implementation
• Review measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates
• Prepare technical notes, progress reports, and completion documentation related to assigned works
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at site

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of urban water supply, sewerage, and storm water drainage systems
• Sound understanding of construction supervision and quality control practices
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
