Assistant Chef

Role Description The Chef role at House is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Chef will manage in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. This role involves in menu execution, managing ingredients and inventory, and ensuring meals are prepared on time for staff or events. The Chef will help keep the kitchen organized, follow recipes and portion guidelines, and coordinate with the team to deliver consistent quality. The position also includes basic documentation of kitchen supplies and collaboration with house management on improving meal offerings.

Salary:- 18,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and following recipes.
• Ability to maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with food handling guidelines.
• Experience in with menu execution, portion control, and timely meal service.
• Capability to manage basic inventory tasks, such as monitoring ingredients and reporting shortages.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior experience as an Chef.
• Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ghaziabad and follow House policies and schedules.
