About the Company

Preparing and processing Sales Orders in SAP with accuracy and timely execution. Managing daily and monthly MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy. Coordinating with Warehouse, Finance, Credit Control, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely order clearance.

About the Role

Handling end-to-end sales support (back-end operations) to ensure seamless business operations. Providing administrative and operational support to the sales team while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and tracking key performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Education: B. Com in Any Specialization

Required Skills

• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and MIS reporting.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in MIS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and can handle team.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred to work with SAP.
• Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and other basic excel formula.
