Quality Analyst

Job Role:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with hands-on experience (1-2 Years) in manual and automation testing for web applications, chatbots, dashboards, APIs, and GenAI-based systems. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, product teams, and automation workflows to ensure high-quality releases across multiple products and integrations.

The role involves testing dashboards, chatbot flows, APIs, sockets, Redis-based systems, and Node.js applications along with automation and sanity testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, sanity, and end-to-end testing for web applications and dashboards
• Test chatbot flows, conversational journeys, and GenAI-based interactions
• Validate chatbot scenarios including:

- Talk to Agent

- S2S flows

- Templates

- IGA integrations

• Execute local flow testing using hardcoded or mock setups when required.
• Validate dashboard data accuracy, UI behavior, and cross-page consistency.
• Perform API testing and support API automation using standard QA tools and frameworks.
• Test Redis- and socket-based implementations for functional correctness and stability.
• Perform Node.js upgrade sanity, compatibility, and release validation testing.
• Create, review, and maintain test cases, test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and retest issues.
• Participate in release validation, production sanity checks, and post-deployment verification.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in QA/testing.
• Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts.

Hands-on experience with:

- JavaScript

- Node.js

- MongoDB

- Selenium

- API Automation

• Experience with REST APIs and tools like Postman
• Basic understanding of chatbot or conversational AI testing.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, Redis, browser console, and network debugging.
• Good knowledge of test case design, defect tracking, and test execution.

Good to Have

• Experience testing GenAI applications, AI assistants, or chatbot platforms.
• Exposure to automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Basic understanding of performance or load testing.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
