Job description

Job Title : MSET U.S. Quant COO

Experience : 2-4 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and track business metrics to analyze trading trends and performance.
  • Perform data analysis on market and business metrics; deliver clear concise insights and reports.
  • Develop content by interpreting market dynamics and trading behavior.
  • Communicate updates on processes commissions and trading-related information to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update reports dashboards and presentation materials.
  • Support project execution and ad-hoc analytical initiatives.
  • Build and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Analyze revenues trading fees and profitability metrics.
  • Perform invoice reconciliation across systems and records.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery of analytics and reporting outputs.

Requisites

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics Data Analytics or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trading and financial data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Understanding of equity/derivatives markets and electronic trading concepts.
  • Experience in reporting dashboards and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of revenue analysis trading fees and profitability metrics.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to process improvement and project coordination.
