Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Immediate Joiners Required :

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Talent Management processes, configuration expertise, and experience working across implementation lifecycle phases including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

Must have 6-8 years of experience with minimum of 2 cycles of implementation experience in below mentioned modules.

- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality and identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them.

- Should have Strong Functional Experience (Configuration & Solution) in HCM Cloud Talent Management.

- Must be well versed in all modules like Performance Management, Profile Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning and Talent Review.

- Any additional knowledge of other modules is preferable.

- Must have good written skills and communication to be able to co-ordinate between teams.

- Configure and support Talent Management modules based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Prepare functional documentation and maintain project deliverables.

- Provide post-go-live support and assist in issue resolution and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle implementation projects in Oracle HCM Talent Management.

- Strong functional experience in configuration and solution design within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Expertise in the following modules :

1. Performance Management

2. Profile Management

3. Goal Management

4. Succession Planning

5. Talent Review

- Strong understanding of Talent Management business processes and Oracle Cloud capabilities.

- Experience identifying functionality gaps and proposing effective solutions.

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate
