Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our dairy plant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth processing activities maintain quality and hygiene standards and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily production operations in the dairy plant
* Monitor milk processing and dairy product manufacturing activities
* Ensure compliance with quality standards hygiene practices and food safety regulations
* Coordinate with production maintenance and quality assurance teams for smooth workflow
* Maintain accurate production records and prepare operational reports
* Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements
* Ensure proper utilization of manpower and production resources
* Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures
