CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Position: Windows Admin
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Windows Infrastructure Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator responsible for managing maintaining and securing the organization’s Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Windows Server environments and ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation configuration and maintenance of Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

• Handle Active Directory Group Policies DNS DHCP and user access management.

• Perform regular system updates patching backups and security hardening.

• Troubleshoot Windows OS server issues and network-related escalations.

• Coordinate with IT security and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.

• Manage virtualization technologies (preferably VMware / Hyper-V).

• Maintain documentation for configurations processes and SOPs.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration & AD Management

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms

• Understanding of firewall networking basics and IT security

• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines
