About the Role

We're looking for creative, tech-savvy Regional Video Editors to join our fast-growing storytelling ecosystem—Dashreels and Frameo. You are a visual storyteller who can transform raw footage into compelling stories tailored for specific regional audiences across India.

This role goes beyond traditional editing; you will be the bridge between our central content and regional viewers. You will be responsible for translating and localizing narrations (English/Hindi to your native language) and integrating them into final edits that resonate culturally and emotionally. If you thrive on creating viral-ready content for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks and are eager to leverage AI tools to push the boundaries of storytelling, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dynamic Content Creation: Edit and produce high-engagement videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and ad platforms like Meta ads, Google ads, etc.
• Language Localization: Translate and adapt Hindi/English narrations into your native regional language, ensuring high cultural and emotional accuracy.
• Motion & Storytelling: Design and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and animation elements to enhance narrative flow and viewer retention.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Utilize AI-based editing tools (e.g., Frameo) to streamline production, improve efficiency, and elevate visual quality.
• Collaboration: Partner with writers, creative producers, and marketing teams to ensure visual and narrative consistency across all regional outputs.
• Trend Mastery: Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form content, AI-driven editing, and evolving storytelling formats.

Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar professional editing software.
• Regional Expertise: Fluency in a regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Bengali) is mandatory, along with working proficiency in English. Knowledge of Hindi is considered a bonus.
• Translation Skills: Ability to translate and localize dialogue while preserving the intended emotional tone and comedic or dramatic impact.
• Portfolio: Proven experience in producing high-quality short-form video content.
• Aesthetic Eye: Strong sense of rhythm, transitions, composition, and visual emotion.
• AI Curiosity: A proactive interest in integrating AI-powered creative workflows into a professional production environment.

Key Requirements

• System: Must have a laptop capable of handling video rendering in Premiere Pro and After Effects without lag or performance issues.
• Availability: Full-time, with consistent collaboration during standard working hours.
• Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly based on creative feedback and evolving project needs.
• Communication: Strong coordination skills to ensure cohesive production across different team functions.
