SAP Consultant - FICO Module

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant to join our high-impact delivery team across Pune, Mumbai, Gandhinagar, and Bangalore. In this capacity, you will serve as a strategic bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP financial architectures.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and client leadership to architect, implement, and optimize end-to-end financial solutions. Your work will directly influence the digital transformation journey of our enterprise clients, ensuring their financial operations are scalable, compliant, and data-driven.

This role demands a blend of deep technical mastery and consultative finesse to drive large-scale business outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP FICO and Central Finance (CFIN) solutions to streamline global financial reporting and consolidation for enterprise clients.

- Architect complex Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) frameworks to enhance liquidity management and mitigate financial risks for stakeholders.

- Partner with cross-functional business units to translate intricate financial processes into scalable SAP configurations, ensuring alignment with global accounting standards.

- Drive the resolution of critical system bottlenecks and performance issues, providing expert-level guidance to junior consultants and technical teams to maintain project timelines.

- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with client leadership to articulate the value proposition of SAP financial modules and secure buy-in for long-term transformation roadmaps.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP FICO, with a proven track record of managing complex implementations involving SAP CFIN, TRM, and FSCM modules.

- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of navigating complex client environments and influencing decision-making at the executive level.

- Possess a strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot intricate financial system issues and design innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.

- Hold a relevant professional degree or certification, complemented by a minimum of 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP financial consulting.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work model, demonstrating the ability to lead distributed teams and manage project deliverables across multiple geographic locations effectively.
