Computer Operator

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide computer and data entry support for project office and site activities
  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, letters, and registers using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Carry out accurate typing, data entry, and updating of records and databases
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for drawings, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist engineers and project staff in preparation of progress reports and presentations
  • Handle email correspondence and basic office coordination tasks
  • Ensure proper backup and security of digital data
  • Support day-to-day administrative and documentation requirements at site/office

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in typing and computer operations
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software
  • Basic knowledge of office documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
