Role Overview:

The Ad Manager - Amazon Marketplace will take full ownership of the advertising strategy and execution for our brand portfolio. You will work closely with the category management and operations teams to translate business goals into high-performing advertising campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving visibility, conversion, and profitability on Amazon, requiring a balance of analytical rigor and creative campaign management to ensure our brands maintain a competitive edge in a crowded digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon Advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive top-line growth and improve ACOS.

- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal budget allocation and maximum return on ad spend.

- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and defend market share for key product categories.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize product detail pages and creative assets, ensuring high conversion rates for all traffic driven by ad campaigns.

- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale Amazon Advertising accounts with a proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining profitability metrics.

- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data sets from Amazon Advertising Console and Brand Analytics to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance data to internal leadership.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to the evolving Amazon algorithm and marketplace policy changes.

- A degree from a reputed institute, combined with a strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem and consumer buying behavior.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment at our Bangalore office, fostering direct collaboration with the core growth team.
