Experience:

• 8 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 3 years in leadership/technical management role
• Experience handling development teams product lifecycle and client delivery

Salary Range: 12 - 15 LPA

Roles:

• Lead the overall technology strategy and product development
• Manage and mentor software development teams
• Oversee architecture coding standards security and scalability
• Drive innovation and implement emerging technologies
• Coordinate with management and clients for project execution
• Ensure timely delivery of software products and customized solutions
• Improve product performance development processes and technical efficiency
• Manage technical support infrastructure and system integrations
• Participate in business growth and technical decision-making

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field
• Strong technical background in Software Development & Architecture
• Experience in ERP/Product based company preferred
• Knowledge Angular SQL Cloud Technologies Mobile & Web Applications preferred
