Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for RFDH initiatives.
- Analyse business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable data structures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and development teams to define data requirements and data flows.
- Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings and transformation specifications.
- Support onboarding of new data sources into the Risk Finance Data Hub.
- Conduct data impact assessments and support change management activities.
- Perform data profiling and data quality analysis to identify gaps and remediation opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Modelling and Data Warehousing.
- Strong experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling.
- Strong SQL skills with experience analysing complex datasets.
- Experience with source-to-target mapping and data lineage documentation.
- Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, normalization, and data integration principles.
Database Technologies:
- SQL/Oracle/SQL Server
Tools:
- AWS, Erwin Data Modeler, Redshift, Jira, Confluence
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with banking data environments.
