About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to join our Business Finance team, supporting the Marketing function. This role will be responsible for driving marketing performance reporting, financial analysis, and MIS, enabling data-driven decision-making across acquisition and growth channels.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, building insightful dashboards, tracking marketing investments, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marketing MIS and reporting across online and offline acquisition channels.
• Prepare and publish periodic business performance reports with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Track marketing budgets against actual spends and highlight key variances.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for critical marketing metrics such as:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
• Channel-wise performance
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and cost optimization levers.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Finance teams to drive business decisions.
• Support invoice validation and ensure marketing spends are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Identify process gaps and reporting inefficiencies while driving automation wherever possible.
• Assist in forecasting marketing spends and support monthly financial planning exercises.
• Present key business insights to senior stakeholders through structured reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Consulting, or Commercial Finance.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup, internet, e-commerce, or consumer-tech company is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
