Senior Sales HOD

Job Description

We are hiring 3 highly motivated Senior Sales Executives to drive revenue growth through Zoho One product and related service sales.

The ideal candidates will be target-driven, excellent communicators, and experienced in B2B & B2C SaaS or software sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales of Zoho One products and implementation/support services
  
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outreach and referrals
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for business owners and decision-makers
  
• Understand client business challenges and map Zoho solutions to their needs
  
• Manage the complete sales pipeline: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  
• Ensure timely payment collection post-sale
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth client onboarding
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and updates in Zoho CRM
  

Requirements

• Proven B2B & B2C sales experience, preferably in SaaS or software products
  
• Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Confidence in presenting to C-level executives and business owners
  
• Experience in payment collection and contract management
  
• Prior Zoho or SaaS sales experience is a strong advantage

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (BBA / MBA – Finance preferred). 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting principles, GST/Taxation, and Tally. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand financial workflows and deliver solution-oriented approaches. Good negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to coordinate with and support team members effectively. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
